Nicholas Lam-Thien started his carreer by founding an online-marketing company at an age of 17 during his school leaving examination. After his apprenticeship at GREY Düsseldorf he worked as a creative architect for online media (argonauten G2, düsseldorf). Before starting advertising agency "aijko GmbH" he supervised various clients in marketing and design.

Since 2009 he was managing director and unit leader marketing at aijko GmbH, Krefeld.

Since 2011/2012 Nicholas is external marketing director and consultant for various clients such as JBRIEL Club Düsseldorf. For these excercises he has left aijko in August 2011.

His blog "RELEVANZ" is a collecting box, sharing experiences growing up in a business world. By taking things into consideration and writing down various aspects of mixed subjects it should work as a small weekly attendant for young professionals.
